How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

I package and mail pre-made items within 3-5 business days. For custom/commission work, the shipping timeline can be up to 3-4 weeks to allow time for me to handcraft your vision. 

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please double check shipping address prior to order, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided. Please reach out as soon as possible with the correct address. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label to send to the new address. 

What payment methods do you accept?

My website is able to process most major credit and debit cards, zelle, cashapp and apple pay. For those located in New York City, I am also able to accept cash payments if coordinating at a pop up event or meeting me at the studio.
